Touring this property was absolutely break taking. The location being so close to the racetrack, delicious restaurants, and activities coupled with the new management makes this very high on the list of places I am excited to move into. The new owners, an Italian family, are so friendly, inclusive, attentive, and down to earth. I have lived places where I have never seen or heard from the landlords or owners which makes this beautiful property that stand out to me.
My wife and I have lived here for just about a year! New owners are very friendly and down to earth. Beautiful property that is improving with each month under new management! Perfect neighborhood for walking, dining in town and everything Saratoga has to offer. Spacious apartments with fireplace, oversized one car garage and private balcony/porch. Highly recommend!
Such a beautiful property. One of my good friends mentioned that this property had just been taken under new ownership and that they were holding a Mimosa meet and greet during Travers weekend. This worked out great for me, as I never miss a Travers weekend and I’m in the process of selling my house. I met with the new owners Sal and Liz, they showed me a townhouse and I am just in awe. Down to earth, accommodating, personable, and individuals with good taste. Thank you for the tour, I look forward to moving in October 1.
Very high end apt complex. Each apt/townhouse has it’s own door and attached garage. We love living here, Sal and his team are so helpful and friendly. Dave the handy man and groundskeeper keeps the area immaculate and addresses any issues promptly and efficiently. We love the get togethers organized by the owners Liz and Sal, they have created a wonderful community spirit. We are walking distance to Broadway and all the restaurants and bars, also to Beekman District. We couldn’t be happier living here.
Living here for the last 6 months has been great. Beside the great community within, the new Owners & their team are always a call away if needed. Highly recommend if you are looking for apartment rentals in the Saratoga Springs area.
